  1. Well I have an outdoor rescue that I still can’t pet. She will sniff my hand play on the floor with me with a wand and toys but no touchee. Have stoked her down the tail and her back a couple times when she’s distracted rubbing against my other cat at my feet. She adores him. They snuggle, wrestle and groom each other. I need to get her spayed and am in the battle. I have done all the above and have at best gotten her half body into the carrier but only for a moment while eating or playing. Do I just wait her out until we physically bond and I can handle her? That may never happen at this rate. Or do I just keep doing what I’m doing and be patient.

  2. All great but I have a cat who has a fear of ANY entrapment. ANY. Does not like boxes or paper bags. Does not like going under covers. Can’t cover him when it’s cold and he’s snuggled on a blanket. Zero enclosures. It’s difficult to travel to vet. He gets to be in the car free form to and from and is not thrilled. While parked I, with difficulty, put him in the carrier. I had to take him with me in his carrier one time and drove 1-1/2 miles from home. It looked like a murder scene as he ripped out two of his claws trying to get out. 🥺🥺🥺

  3. Yes! Cats are ninjas! They are very sensitive energy and behavior. Especially when it is time to go to the vet. It’s like they are reading your mind.

  4. I’ve done all that. She loves her carrier until she has to be zipped up in it. I give her treats in it, she’s even slept in it, but if I put her in it it’s game over, she struggles against me putting her in
