I wish someone would post a training video with an untrained dog. Most, if not all, videos are with a fully trained dog.
I have a blue heeler female puppy. We have sit and lay down learned and she listens well as long as there is not alot of distractions/activity going on. If I can get her to lock on to me in these situations she will listen until she is distracted again. Puppet problems. 😆. But stay is proving to be difficult. Once she learns stay i want to teach her center but I cant teach her this until she masters stay. I feel like a bad fur daddy for not getting this down as I know more than half the process is up to me training her properly.
Or am I overthinking….
