Thanks. I was going nuts trying to open it till I saw your video! I’m kind of distressed, though. I’ve found two (2) of these Cat Collar on my property in the past few weeks. I hope someone just got fed up and threw them away and it’s not some kind of psycho in Far NE Heights of Albuquerque killing poor Cats & throwing away their Collars. New Mexico has produced a large share of psychotic, murdering creatures!
